MDG 2 Another one of the massive dogs jumped at him, snagging his teeth on Rainsfords’ shirt, and tearing at the skin. He let out another agonized scream as yet another dog tore forward, biting the side of his head, ripping his ear clean off, leaving a dark, bleeding hole on the side of his head. And in a sudden jolt of panic, ran to the left. He cursed his decision as he sprinted through the jungle, stumbling over vines and stones. “Not a good move on your part Rainsford!” the general bellowed at the fleeing man, his rifle pointed at his head and yet too far away to shoot. The generals’ dogs continued to gain ground on him at an alarming rate. Rainsford turned his head back to glance at his pursuer, horrified to find him not too far away, and the dogs, almost nipping at his heels.
